AFAS Myshop Integration functionalities
Products import
Products are automatically imported from AFAS into Myshop. Standard AFAS attributes including images.
Stock synchronization
The stock is synchronized from AFAS to Myshop. With an order in Myshop, the stock in AFAS is adjusted immediately.
Export orders
Orders from Myshop are created directly in AFAS. Including the information to follow up the sales order in AFAS.
Import customers
To prevent duplicate customers there is the option to import the debtors from AFAS to Myshop. The e-mail address is leading.
Matching customers
For orders in Myshop, a debtor is automatically created in AFAS for new customers, checking whether the debtor already exists.
Dashboard
The Integration is supplied from Myshop 2 with a dashboard. This contains log notifications of the Integration. These can be followed in real time.
