Visma.net Optiply link functionalities
Products import
Products are automatically imported from Visma.net into Optiply. Standard Visma.net attributes including images.
Stock synchronization
The stock is synchronized from Visma.net to Optiply. With an order in Optiply the stock in Visma.net is adjusted immediately.
Export orders
Orders from Optiply are created directly in Visma.net. Including the information to follow up the sales order in Visma.net.
Import customers
To prevent duplicate customers there is the option to import the debtors from Visma.net to Optiply. The e-mail address is leading.
Matching customers
For orders in Optiply, a debtor is automatically created in Visma.net for new customers with a check to see if the debtor already exists.
Dashboard
The coupling is supplied from Optiply 2 with a dashboard. This contains log notifications of the link. These can be followed in real time.
